TheMovieBox.Net has posted the first glimpse of teaser trailer footage from the latest Mission Impossible sequel--which basically amounts to an ad for Entertainment Tonight, which is going to air the full teaser on its Monday December 12th 2005 telecast. The footage seen in the ad is pretty basic for an action film and breezes by pretty fast. It's good to see that Ving Rhames is back as Luther Stickell. I just love the character. He was the the best thing about the otherwise lackluster Mission Impossible II from 5 years ago. I just hope he has a bit more to do in this latest film than he did last time out.
Also:
Fans of the film version of Frank Miller's Sin City graphic novels (both book series and movie are just spectacular) will be excited that a sequel is on track. In the meantime... I can't wait for SIN CITY-RECUT & EXTENDED to arrive. I already ordered my copy of the 2 disc DVD set, which hits the street on Tuesday, December 13th 2005
