Variety offers up news of a great on screen team-up that's about to happen...Ellen Page and Cillian Murphy are set to star in the psychological thriller "Peacock"
Murphy's character has a split personality who deceives his Midwestern hometown into thinking his two alter egos are man and wife.
Page plays a young mother who holds the key to his past and sets off a battle between the 2 personalities.
Michael Lander will direct from a script he co-wrote with Ryan Roy. Production begins in May.
What a cool premise! Murphy's the perfect choice for this dark and complex role. I can't wait to see what he does with this part.
As for Page--Since her star turn in Juno, she's been keeping very busy-lining up one project after another. She has the chops to keep up with Murphy.
