Kutcher will play a former hit man whose life is turned upside down because someone from his past has paid a group of killers to bump him off.
Ted Griffin is reworking the script from Bob DeRosa
Robert Luketic will call action while Kutcher will co-produce.
Production is slated to begin early next year.
