Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely are in negotiations to write the comic book flick"The First Avenger: Captain America" reports Variety.
Created in 1941, the comic followed rejected army candidate Steve Rogers who undergoes an experiment that makes him the perfect soldier.
The film will be set during be a World War II- and then the character will appear in the modern day-set "The Avengers." movie shortly thereafter
The writing pair adapted the popular Chronicles of Narnia film series--which I did not see and thus can not comment on the choice. Fingers Crossed
