Rosie Perez, Arsenio Hall and Craig Ferguson will lend their voices for characters in crayon cartoon tale "The Hero of Color City" according to THR .Becky Bristow calls action in the recording booth on an animated fable centering on a group of crayons that band together to stop a tyrant from robbing their world of color.
Christina Ricci has already signed to play the lead.
The film will be released in 2010.
