Summit Entertainment has landed the screen rights to the next three novels in Stephenie Meyer's vampire series just one week before Twilight release says The Hollywood Reporter.
Melissa Rosenberg will be back to adapt the scripts for films based on second and third books "New Moon " and "Eclipse".
A writer is as yet attached to adapt the fourth novel "Breaking Dawn."
This is not really a surprise--though why not secure the rest of the series....? Money? You can't tell me they wanr to wait see how the first few films play out?
"Twilight" revolves around the relationship between a teen, Bella (Kristen Stewart), and a vampire, Edward (Robert Pattinson).
