Anand Tucker will direct the romantic comedy Leap Year says Variety.Amy Adams stars as a woman traveling to Dublin to propose to her boyfriend on leap day, Feb. 29, as part of an Irish tradition in which a man receiving a marriage proposal on that day has to say yes.
Harry Elfont and Deborah Kaplan wrote rhe script.
The film is Tucker's first foray into the rom-com genre--If the script stays true to the blueprint he should be fine
Shooting is set to start in March in Ireland.
