From Tokyopop's comic book Priest the tale sees a world ravaged by centuries of war between man and vampire and follows a warrior priest who turns against the church to track down a murderous band of vampires who have kidnapped his niece.
Cory Goodman wrote the screenplay.
Some time ago Andrew Douglas was to be the man calling action...but I guess his awful The Amityville Horror remake took him out of the running...
