The Twilight Saga: New Moon may be in post production and months away from release--but that hasn't stopped
Summit Entertainment from moving forward with production on the third film in the series so fast that it will have finished shooting a month before the release of the second film. Number 3 starts production on August 17 going through October 31, 2009...

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" has
David Slade directing from a script by
Melissa Rosenberg.
Chris Weitz directs Moon which opens November 20th. It's expected the cast will go directly from shooting the third film to promotional and publicity work for the second.
'Eclipse' is slated to open June 30th 2010.
