Billy Crudup has joined the cast of the big screen adaptation of Elizabeth Gilbert's bestselling bio memoir "Eat, Pray, Love" says Variety.Crudup is Steven, who is married to Gilbert (Julia Roberts). His hopes to have children are dashed when her quest to get pregnant leaves her feeling she is not living the life she wants. She embarks on a journey of self-discovery around the world.
Ryan Murphy is directing off a script he wrote with Jennifer Salt. Javier Bardem and Richard Jenkins co-star.
