And In This Corner....

The match is set!

It's Tron Legacy vs The Green Hornet--Both film's are now set for a December 17th 2010 release.

Joseph Kosinski directs the 3-D sequel to the cult classic TRON

Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), looks into his father's disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin's loyal confidant (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.

While Michel Gondry's Hornet has Seth Rogen as the crime fighting super-hero--That film just got pushed back last week--Hornet's team has to be disappointed by this news..Just as the film starts shooting too.

BTW, Tom Wilkinson, David Harbour, and Edward James Almos have been confirmed for the Hornet cast.

"The Smurfs" flick is also opening on the same date, though the film is expected to move into 2011.

Right now--If I had to bet on a winner...TRON takes it...
