Empire Magazine was the only print publication that got to visit the set of June 3rd's "X-Men: First Class" for the layest issue issue that went on sale this week.

Along with the alternate covers, they've included key quotes from producer Lauren Shuler Donner who reveals the plans for the franchise.

In fact, a treatment has already been done to continue the events that take place beyond "X-Men: The Last Stand". Donner says “We took the treatment to Fox and they love it… And X-4 leads into X-5."

She also talked about the long gestating Deadpool flick which she describes as a "total reboot. We're either going to pretend that didn't happen, or mock it, which he could do…it’s an R script, it’s really irreverent and violent. Right away, we’re out of the X-Men world.”

She also says that despite his busy schedule, actor Ryan Reynolds  remains commited to the film- “He’s very involved, Ryan. He’s working with the writers on the screenplay and it is as much his as it is ours. I’m tellin’ ya, it’s true to the comic. You’ll see all of them. You’ll see Wade Wilson, the good-looking Ryan Reynolds! You’ll see Deadpool in his costume and you’ll see the cancer-scarred face.”
