Ryder stars as a playwright struggling to launch her next production who is plagued by dreams and visions of being watched. She soon can't decide if she's at the center of a manipulative plot or simply losing her grip on reality.
Franco plays one of the performers in the production and will produce the film along with Vince Jolivette.
Jay Anania will direct from his own screenplay when filming kicks off May 6th in New York.
