Is this how actor Tom Hardy will look as Bane in Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight Rises"?

Batman-on-Film was among the sites that used the photo below that fan Ash Harper tweeted  with Hardy last week.

Not in costume of course but Hardy looks pretty darn close to that comics incarnation eh?
