Louis C.K.,Modern Family scene stealer Eric Stonestreet and Kevin Hart will use their vocal talents as the main characters in an untitled 3D animated pets film from "Despicable Me" creators Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures says Deadline.
The action comedy is set in a Manhattan apartment building where the fogs hang out together while the humans are off at work or school.
C.K. plays a quick-witted terrier and Stonestreet is a sloppy mongrel, the pair end up on the the mean streets of New York where Hart's adorable white bunny character is the leader of an army of abandoned pets seeking revenge.
Despicable Me franchise writers Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio, and director Chris Renaud who co-helms with Yarrow Cheney.
Chris Meledandri will produce the film which already has a February 12th 2016 release date.
