Thurber Charts "...Your Own Adventure"

Rawson Marshall Thurber ("We're the Millers," "Tropic Thunder") will direct the film adaptation of the book series "Choose Your Own Adventure" says Heat Vision.

The stories allowed a reader to make decisions for a character, leading to either a fruitful resolution, or more often death.

Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon ("Night at the Museum") are in final talks to write the adapted script--it's unknown at this point which genre the pair will work with since there are 180+ titles in the series.

John Davis and John Fox will produce the film.
