Variety reports that former "Game of Thrones" actor Ed Skrein will take over the role of Frank Martin in "Transporter 4," which will serve as a reboot of the hit Transporter franchise.
Jason Statham played the role in the previous three films, while Chris Vance took on the role in the Transporter: The TV Series This proposed new trilogy of films features a younger Frank Martin which Skrein will play.
The story returns the action to the French Riviera and will explore Martin's relationship with his father.
Skrein's role as Tyroshi warrior and Daenerys love interest Daario Naharis that he played in the final three episodes of the 3ed season of GoT will be taken over by Michiel Huisman during the upcoming fourth season

("Accepted," "Tower Heist") penned the script from which Camille Delamarre (" Brick Mansions") directs.
Production begins in June. "Transporter 5" and
"Transporter 6" are expected to be official Chinese
co-productions. The first three films in the series have grossed around $250 million worldwide.
EuropaCorp CEO Christophe Lambert says: "We searched everywhere to find a fresh face who had the potential to become an action movie star and we’ve found the right match with Ed Skrein, who’s not only a great actor but also has enough charisma and physical stamina to play Frank Martin with brio".
