THR reports that Michael Bay is in talks to chart "13 Hours," a film adaptation of author Mitchell Zuckoff's book for Paramount.
The story charts events surrounding the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack when terrorists seized the U.S. Special
Mission Compound and a nearby CIA Annex in the Libyan city of on the eleventh anniversary of 9/11 Four Americans were killed in the attack, including U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens
The focus of the film will be on six members of a security team that fought to defend the many Americans stationed there.

"The Strain" and "Prince of Thieves" author Chuck Hogan is writing the adapted script.
Erwin Stoff will produce the film.
