The film is based on the novel of the same name by William Sutcliffe about a pair of suburban women in New York who pay an impromptu visit to their grown-up sons in an effort to reconnect.
Mark Andrus penned an early draft of the script.
Elijah Kelly is also in talks to join the cast as well.
Modern Family and Sex And The City writer Cindy Chupack’s set to make her directorial debut here,
Cathy Schulman will produce the film while David Frankel Matt Rhodes and Jason Michael Berman will executive produce
Filming begins in New York City in June.
