The 19th century romance centers on a timid governess who softens the heart of her gruff employer Mr. Rochester, only to find that he's hiding a terrible secret.
Moira Buffini wrote the script. A director has yet to be named but the producers are hoping to begin production some time this fall.
Page could do this role blindfolded with one arm tied behind her back....
