Actor Steve Railsback (pictured) will direct his late brother Philip Railsback's script "Barstow", according to The Hollywood Reporter.The story traces three desperate characters, one of whom finds hope in a small, depressed town.
Railsback wrote the script ten years ago after living among residents of Barstow California.
The $4 million project Keith Carradine and Scott Wilson are attached to play supporting roles in the feature.
