After more than two months of negotiations, Relativity Media has closed a deal to buy Rogue Pictures a subsidiary of Universal Pictures for nearly $150 million.
The sale also more than 30 Rogue projects in various stages of development, such as a sequel to "The Strangers" and production deals with Wes Craven among others
The first film under the new ownership is this Friday's horror thriller The Unborn
