Justin Marks has been tapped to rewrite Bill Marsilii's draft of the"20,000 Leagues Under the Sea remake" says The Hollywood Reporter.

McG remains attached to direct the big-budget flick

Based on the 1954 film "20000 Leagues Under the Sea ," which itself was an adaptation of Jules Verne 's book,

Marks has been hired as a "world builder" to fill out the deep-sea universe.

Marks has been given just four weeks to work with craft designers to expand the film's world to the scale of action epic.

That's great and all I'm sure Marks will do just great with the script but I want to know what's going on with Super Max? It's been almost 2 years...And nothing...
