Orlando Bloom is circling the ensemble drama "Main Street", based on the final screenplay of the recently deceased playwright Horton Foote says The Hollywood Reporter.





The Drama centers on a group of people in a small town in North Carolina whose lives are shaken up when a stranger arrives. Bloom will play a small-town policeman.

Andrew McCarthy, Ellen Burstyn, Patricia Clarkson and Colin Firth also star. The female lead role will played by Amber Tamblyn--according to Variety.

John Doyle directs the flick when shooting kicks off in Durham, North Carolina next month.
