Alyssa Milano has signed on to star in and produce the romantic comedy "My Girlfriend's Boyfriend" says The Hollywood Reporter.

Milano will play an outgoing woman who meets two seemingly ideal men in quick succession -- a struggling novelist (Christopher Gorham) and successful ad exec (Michael Landes) -- and must decide between them.

Carol Kane and Beau Bridges also star

Daryn Tufts will direct from his own script.
