Brian Cox is rumored to be a contender to play a dwarf--replacing John Rhys-Davies in Guillermo del Toro’s 2 film adaption of The Hobbit," says AICN.Rhys-Davies played the role in the original The Lord of the Rings film trilogy.
The film is scheduled to hit theatres in November 2011.
