The People's Choice Awards were handed out last night, and big surprise Twilight New Moon won big in the film catagories--top on-screen team (Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart), best franchise and for best breakthrough actor (Taylor Lautner).
The Proposal won as best comedy movie and favourite actress (Sandra Bullock), while "Inglourious Basterds" took home best independent award
Best animated film went to Up
Johnny Depp is our favorite actor, Jim Carrey is still our fave comedic actor and tweener Miley Cyrus as best breakthrough film actress!!?
The PGA nominees for live-action film of the year are: Avatar, An Education, District 9, The Hurt Locker Inglourious Basterds, Invictus, Precious, Star Trek Up and Up in the Air.
The Online Film Critics Society have also voted their forthe best of 09:
