Winning Winter

The 2010 Sundance Film Festival closed out with book turned flick "Winter's Bone" taking home both the Grand Jury Prize and top screenwriting awards.



The film tells the story of a Missouri mountain girl who searches for her meth-dealing father in the Ozarks while caring for her family

Actor
Mark Ruffalo stepped behind the camera to direct and star in Sympathy for Delicious, the story of a paralysed DJ with the power to heal others but not himself - earning Ruffalo a special jury prize for his efforts.

Another big winner was Happythankyoumoreplease, written and directed actor Josh Radnor, who also takes a lead role in the film. The movie garnered the audience award for favorite U.S. drama.
