Elizabeth Banks is circling the female lead in Neil Burger's Dark Fields, according to Coming Soon. Based on the book by Alan Glynn the story follows an unsuccessful writer (Bradley Cooper) who gets hold of a top-secret pharmaceutical drug that increases intelligence.He soon achieves the elusive success he was after, but the drug has lethal and lasting side effects while people begin pursuing him.

There's potential for great chemistry between Banks and Cooper here.
