Ryan Reynolds (The Proposal, Green Lantern) and Jason Bateman (Couples Retreat) have signed on to star in the switcheroo comedy Change Up, says The Hollywood Reporter
Bateman plays a responsible family man who switches bodies with the lazy man-child he calls his best friend (Reynolds).
David Dobkin (Wedding Crashers) will direct from a script by The Hangover scribes Jon Lucas and Scott Moore.
Yeah yeah the premise has been well worn in Hollywood--Face/Off and Freaky Friday to name a few--But with the folks involved the pic could be really good
Shooting kicks off in September to meet a scheduled 2011 release.
