Now that she's left her TV gig Grey's Anatomy behind actress Katherine Heigel is racking up the film roles.She will star in the epic love story "The Age of Adaline" says The Hollywood Reporter.
Set at the beginning of the 20th century, the story follows a young woman caught in an accident that renders her immortal. After years of a solitary life, she meets a man whom might be worth taking a chance on.
The role of her love-interest has yet to be cast
Mills Goodloe and Sal Paskowitz wrote the script
Steve Golin, Alix Madigan, Sidney Kimmel, Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi will produce.
Shooting kicks off in October
