Channing Tatum will star in an adaptation of Rich Farrell 's drug detox novel What's Left of Us says The L.A. Times.
Farrell will be adapting his own book which chronicles his life as a desperate and violent heroin junkie and the seven excruciating days he spent in detox to climb out of that deep dark hole.
Financing is in place but no word on who is calling action or when production will begin
Tatum is busy anyway having just signed on to Ron Howard's latest comedy 'Cheaters', along side Winona Ryder, Jennifer Connelly, Vince Vaughn
"Us" allows for Tatum to take on his most challenging role yet-- and dare I say--He might do very well with it
