Angelina Jolie is attached to star in a biopic about "Cleopatra" says USA Today.
The project has been in development since 2006 and will be based on Pulitzer Prize-winning biographer Stacy Schiff 's new book, "Cleopatra: A Life ".out this fall
Producer Scott Rudin confirms that the project "is being developed for and with Jolie" while this week in New York Schiff suggested Brad Pitt would be "a no-brainer" to play Mark Antony
Not to be confused with Steven Soderbergh's planned musical based on the ancient Egyptian queen called Cleo starring Catherine Zeta-Jones and Hugh Jackman.
