Sigourney Weaver has joined the cast of the thriller "Abduction" says Variety. Taylor Lautner stars as a teen who comes upon a baby picture of himself on a missing persons website. The discovery that his parents aren't really his parents soon leads to a chain of violent events that have him running for his life.
Weaver will portray a psychiatrist treating Lautner.
Alfred Molina and Lily Collins also star.
Shawn Christensen wrote the script from which John Singleton's calling action
Lautner will shoot the film before working on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
Jeremy Bell is set to produce.
Filming will kick off this July in Pittsburgh.
