"X-Men: First Class" producer Bryan Singer has confirmed talk that he wanted a The Twilight Saga film series hunk to play a role in the upcoming prequel.
Telling Blastr, "I wanted Taylor [Lautner] to do it, I really did. He's doing a movie in Pittsburgh called 'Abduction' and then he's got the next 'Twilight' movie [The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1]. We talked about it a lot, he is a friend, and I really wanted to make it work. It just doesn't look like it's possible to do it."
Singer didn't reveal which role he wanted Lautner to do though-- Adding that despite all the casting rumors, he said he only confirmed James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Nicholas Hoult as "for sure".
Meanwhile as you may know, Kevin Bacon's been signed as the villain for the film.
The question is--Which villain though?
