Fresh off the first hit season of Modern Family, actress Julie Bowen makes the leap the big screen in 2 high profile comedies reports Variety. First up is the dark ensemble workplace comedy "Horrible Bosses" about three guys planning to kill their three overbearing bosses.
Seth Gordon (Four Christmases --who also directed an episode of MF this season) calls action from a script by Jonathan M. Goldstein and John Francis Daley
Bowen will play the wife of the cruelest of the bosses (Kevin Spacey).
And then it's off to the wedding comedy Jumping The Broom directed by Salim Akil from a screenplay written by Arlene Gibbs and Elizabeth Hunter.
Bowen will play a "high-strung wedding planner with a long list of chores" amid the clash between two black families from different socio-economic backgrounds.
I just lover her...!
