Bradley Cooper and Ryan Reynolds may team up to star in an untitled cop action-comedy, previously called Blowback, which is being described as "Lethal Weapon" like in tone reports Risky Biz Blog.
The boys would play two San Francisco cops and friends whose fathers were also partners on the police force. The older generation is forced out of retirement to help their sons crack a case.
Sheldon Turner ("Up in the Air") wrote the script
Neal Moritz, Andrew Panay ("Wedding Crashers"), Jonathon Komack Martin ("Van Wilder"), J.C. Spink and Chris Bender are producing the pic.
Chemistry should be no ptoblem here--But both are known for being the funny one on screen--Which one of them would play it straight?
