Sam Rockwell is in talks to star opposite Jonah Hill in The Sitter, says The Wrap.
In the pic that borrows it's basic premise from the 80's classic "Adventures in Babysitting", Hill stars as a college dropout who agrees to help babysit the three mischievous kids (Landry Bender, Max Records and Kevin Hernandez) of his mother's friend. He reluctantly scores some drugs for a girl, taking the children along for the ride. When the deal goes bad, the night turns into a wild chase through Manhattan.
Rockwell will play one of the drug dealers working with J.B. Smoove.
Ari Graynor also stars as Hill's selfish girlfriend
David Gordon Green ("Pineapple Express") directs from a script by Brian Gatewood and Alessandro Tanaka.
Michael De Luca is producing the comedy with filming currently underway in New York.
Rockwell can do this part in his sleep..Just saw Hill in Get Him to the Greek where he had to babysit Russell Brand-Not bad--Had me laughing quite a bit...
