Agust Gudmundsson, perhaps most famous for helming The Seagull’s Laughter, will take the director’s chair for War Below Zero, the script of which is from In a Better World scribe Anders Thomas Jensen.
The thriller takes place during World War II as meteorologists in Greenland from different sides of the war – Germany and Denmark – must rely on each other for survival. Mads Mikkelsen and Til Schweiger are attached for the leading roles according to Variety.
