Matthew Butler looks to direct The Curse Of The Buxom Strumpet, a feature based on his own short E’Gad Zombies, which starred Sir Ian McKellen and centers on a town plagued by a terminal illness.
Screen Daily relays that McKellen shall return for “Buxom Strumpet”, while Gillian Anderson, Mark Williams, Dame Judi Dench are also tagged for roles.
He worked on the script alongside Tori Hart, who’s also acting in “Buxom Strumpet” and assisted with the writing and acting in “Zombies”; this will be Butler’s first full-length feature.
