The Tattoo Stays In The Picture

Warner Bros. has SETTLED the lawsuit brought against the studio by Mike Tyson's tattoo artist,Victor Whitmill over use of a tattoo he designed for Ed Helms character in mega-hit The Hangover Part II says THR

Terms of the settlement with Whitmill weren't disclosed, but Whitmill's lawyer, Geoff Gerber, tells The Hollywood Reporter that the two sides have "amicably resolved their dispute."

The tattoo artist tried to halt the film's May release and was denied, but studio bosses at Warner Bros. were ready to digitally alter Helms' fake face tattoo if the lawsuit was not resolved by the time the film's DVD was released.

Mediation took place last week
