The "Sixteen Candles"-toned story sees Breslin playing a teen who vows to have sex with her best male friend (Carter Jenkins) if they're still virgins by the time they turn 18.

Jordana Mollick and Brendan Bragg will produce the pic.
Production is set to begin early next year.
