The story follows a guy who develops super powers for one day of every year. The title refers to the number of other days in a year in which he spends deciding on what heroic deeds he will perform on that special day.
Brian Grazer will produce the superhero film.
Guggenheim recently sold the pitches "Santiago" and Puzzle Palace as well.
