Remember during the famed Pittsburgh shoot, there was video of Bane (Tom Hardy) interrupting a football game shot at Heinz Field where the Pittsburgh Steelers play giving a speech telling Gothamites to "take control of the city" using "the instrument of your liberation".
The folks over at Comic Book Movie posted a photo of "Bane's doomsday device" which could very well be what he was talking about
