A sequel to the Jules Verne fantasy novel, "20,000 Leagues under the Sea", the story has President
Ulysses S. Grant freeing Captain Nemo (played by Hugh Bonneville of Downton Abbey) from prison to try and discover why mysterious “sea monsters” are sinking ships up and down the Atlantic Coast.
Morrissey plays Grant's chief advisor while Atwell plays Morrissey's neice Sara
Atwell will reportedly leave the project though\ if she gets offered the female lead in the sci-fi action flick, Horizons.
Pearry Teo directs the film which will be made using green screen
The pic will be shot in Romania starting in January
