Arnold May Help Stallone Open The Tomb

Some time ago  Arnold Schwarzenegger was attached to star in the actioner The Tomb, as his first post-politics film film with Antoine Fuqua slated to direct...

Soon after both of them dropped out and then Sylvester Stallone was poised to take the lead role. (Bruce Willis was also mentioned for the movie but passed before Sly was interested)

Now AICN reports that both Sly and Arnie, who appear together in the upcoming sequel "The Expendables 2", could perhaps be sharing the screen in 'Tomb' as well.

Written by Miles Chapman and then rewritten by Jason Keller the story follows Ray Breslin, a world-famous structural engineer and security expert who designs escape-proof prisons. He soon finds himself framed and incarcerated in a master prison he designed and must find a way to escape and track down the person responsible.

Stallone apparently remains on track to play Ray, but Arnie may take on another key role in the film.

The search for a director continues.

Robbie Brenner and Mark Canton are producing the film.
