Morgan & Moretz Stuck In A Rut

Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Chloe Moretz are reuniting for Karyn Kusama's gritty indie drama "The Rut" according to Variety.

In the Kevin Caruso written script Moretz plays a teenage girl who aims to win the approval of her father (Morgan) by journeying into the wilderness alone to hunt the greatest of deer.

Aaron Magnani and Martha Griffin will produce the pic.

Morgan and Moretz have worked together on the recent thriller "Texas Killing Fields".
