Jesse & Mia See Double

Jesse Eisenberg and Mia Wasikowska will star in the comedy adaptation of  Fyodor Dostoyevsky's novella "The Double" says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story follows an insignificant man driven to a near breakdown by the appearance of his doppelganger.

Helmer of "Submarine" filmmaker Richard Ayoade says the film reflects on loneliness.

Ayoade and Avi Korine co-wrote the adapted script

Amina Dasmal and Robin Fox will produce.

Production kicks off in the U.K.this Spring.
