Getzinger Gets Some (More) Girls

Emily Watson Zoe Kazan Jennifer Morrison and Mia Maestro will all join the indie "Some Girl(s)" according to  THR .


'Girls' is based on the play by Neil Labute, and follows a successful writer (Adam Brody) who, before getting married, decides to travel across the country to meet his five ex-girlfriends in a series of hotel rooms.

Watson will play Lindsay, a vengeful married college professor who had an affair with Brody, who then leaves town. The other ex roles and their character deets are not yet known

Kristen Bell was just cast yesterday as Bobbi, a smart, articulate woman he bailed on years before without a word, leaving her without respect or love for him

Jennifer Getzinger directs with a script Labute adapted.

Labute Patty West, Chris Schwartz, and Andrew Carlberg are producing

Production kicks off in Los Angeles in April.
