Based on the Warren Ellis' comic book the story focuses on the character William Gravel, a soldier in the British SAS, who uses his skills in dark magic to moonlight and battle supernatural beings for clients in order to make some extra cash.
Oliver Butcher and Stephen Cornwell are writing the adapted script
Rick Alexander will produce the picture.
Miller, who was previously hired to direct stuck in development hell Deadpool movie, also helped create the title sequence for David Fincher's version of "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo".
